וַתֹּאבַ֙דְנָה֙ הָאֲתֹנ֔וֹת לְקִ֖ישׁ אֲבִ֣י שָׁא֑וּל וַיֹּ֨אמֶר קִ֜ישׁ אֶל־שָׁא֣וּל בְּנ֗וֹ קַח־נָ֤א אִתְּךָ֙ אֶת־אַחַ֣ד מֵֽהַנְּעָרִ֔ים וְק֣וּם לֵ֔ךְ בַּקֵּ֖שׁ אֶת־הָאֲתֹנֹֽת׃
זײַנען פֿאַרלאָרן געװאָרן די אײזעלינס בײַ קיש דעם פֿאָטער פֿון שָאולן, און קיש האָט געזאָגט צו זײַן זון שָאולן: נעם אַקאָרשט מיט דיר אײנעם פֿון די יונגען, און שטײ אױף, גײ זוך די אײזעלינס.
